To truly appreciate the quality of our products, and to give you the confidence in your selection, we advise ordering a sample.
We stock samples of every product we offer, all of which are supported by larger panels when a sample is just not enough.
The simplest way to order samples is to visit our showroom where our products are available to take away as a sample.
Every product on our website has the option to order a sample. Simply click the ‘order free sample’ button, enter your details and we’ll post out your samples. Your first three samples are free of charge. If more than three are ordered, postage will be charged. This will be shown at checkout.
Contact us at samples@edenclay.co.uk or via telephone on 01277 624966 and quote the product number of the samples you would like. We will then package these and post them directly out. We offer all of our commercial clients unlimited free samples, subject to terms and conditions. Simply register your company details either online or by contacting our office via email at info@edenclay.co.uk or via telephone on 01277 624966. Sample swatches and boxes are also available on request.
Sometimes a small sample isn’t enough. Therefore, we offer larger wood flooring panels, 550 x 450mm, or whole tiles, which are available on request. We charge £10 for each large sample ordered which we refund on its return, subject to condition, or credit against any order placed.
