Inspired by Blackfriars Priory, Gloucester
Dating back to the 13th century, Blackfriars Priory is one of the most complete surviving Dominican friaries. The rich patina of its historic stonework has inspired Lapicida’s exquisite blend of creamy beige limestone, subtly infused with warm tones.
Lapicida is proud to have partnered with English Heritage to create this exclusive collection of genuine limestone flooring. Each hard-wearing stone is available in three formats:

- 500mm x Random Flag
- 400mm x 400mm Octagon with Insert
These distinct formats echo the varying levels of formality found in the historic properties under English Heritage’s care, offering a versatile solution for both traditional and contemporary spaces.
