Ainsdale Engineered Oak Plank Wood Flooring
Ainsdale is a sanded European Oak floor expertly finished by Eden Clay using poly-modified tinted Hardwax Oils, providing excellent stain and wear resistance.
Key Features
Ideal width: At 190mm wide, this floor is the goldilocks of sizes. Not too narrow, not too wide, just right for small rooms and large rooms, making it perfect for whole house installations.
Long Lengths: 1.9 metre lengths, with the occasional shorter pieces, this is the perfect product for when longer lengths are desired.
Micro-bevelled edges: The two long edges of this plank floor are micro-bevelled. When installed this gives the effect of longer planks that flow seamlessly, similar to traditional floor boards.
Easy maintenance: A range of stocked compatible cleaning products, produced by the same manufacturers as the oil we apply, allow for easy cleaning. What’s more, the cleaning solution contains a small amount of the oil, ensuring that this floor remains fully protected at all times.
Simple to repair: Accidents can happen. Spills can stain, dropped utensils can dent, or stones in shoes can scratch. Unlike many mass-produced floors where generic patch repairs mask the damage, this floor can be repaired using the exact oil it was finished with to produce virtually invisible repairs.
Underfloor Heating Safe: Its hardwood multi-ply base balances its real wood veneer, making this floor exceptionally stable. This construction reduces seasonal and underfloor heating related expansion and contraction, as well as preventing excessive cupping or crowning.
Versatile installation: This floor can be installed in various ways, glued, screwed or nailed down, or floated over a compatible underlay, offering versatility to suit any project.
